Prepare technical and financial offer (Annex 3)
Include clear technical specifications, part numbers, warranty, and itemized prices as requested in Annex 3.
Confirm ability to meet the schedule (Annex 1)
State lead times, delivery and installation dates consistent with Annex 1 requirements.
Follow RFQ Instructions (Section 2)
