Company must be registered with UNGM. Provide evidence of registration.
Mandatory Declaration Form (pages 3–5 of RFP)
Complete and sign the Declaration Form. Incomplete or unsigned forms will lead to disqualification.
Two separate proposal files
Submit one Technical Proposal and one Financial Proposal as separate files with the exact subject lines specified below.
